Obesity Factors: Controllable and Uncontrollable

It will be difficult to find a person nowadays who can say that he or she manages to maintain perfect weight throughout their life. We are surrounded by foods containing huge amount of sugars and fats. We drink too much alcohol, which usually is high in calories too.
But what happens with our body when we become overweight? The answer is simple: with obesity our body stores excess of fat, which is accumulated in the abdomen, thighs, arms and other parts of our body day after day, year after year. And the older we grow it becomes more and more difficult to stay in a good shape.

So, what are the main factors that cause Obesity?

I would divide factors into those, which we can control and those beyond our control.

FACTORS,  AFFECTING OUR OBESITY THAT WE CAN CONTROL

-A diet rich in sugar, fats, and carbohydrates.
- Junk and pre-processed foods intake.
- Psychological – we tend to eat too much when we are upset or depressed.
- Hormonal disturbances, especially in women, during pregnancy and menopause
- Intake of oral contraceptives for women.
- Irregular and uncontrolled Eating Habits are a main cause for excessive body weight.
- Slow metabolic rate of your body

FACTORS AFFECTING THE OBESITY THAT CAN NOT BE CONTROLLED.

- Suffering from the following conditions like: hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, polycentric ovary syndrome and Cushing’s syndrome
- Obesity is known to be caused by physical inactivity.
The amount of calories you burn should be greater than the amount you take in.
- Medications for depression, convulsions, diabetes, high blood pressure, antihistamines, etc.
- Genetic factors passed down the generations as genes affect a number of weight-related processes in the body such as metabolic rate, hormones etc., though, it is possible to overcome genetic factors through making extra efforts to control your weight.
- Environmental factors- agricultural pollution.

So, if you are worried about being overweight, take into consideration all those factors mentioned above, especially Controllable Factors, which contribute to obesity and take steps to eliminate them.
To do so, please make sure you burn more calories than you are consuming every day. Calories are shown on the labels of food – don’t forget to check them! Take note of the amount of calories and make sure you get rid of them through regular exercising.
Eat healthy food and a well balanced diet, containing olive oil, Omega 3 oil, protein and vegetables and fruit, preferably organic (but be careful as some fruit contain more sugar than others).
Don’t forget to include into your diet Green tea as this would be a perfect addition to your goal of weigh loss. Bear in mind that the healthier you eat each day and exercise, the more fat you will burn. Cut out junk and processed food. Try to cook yourself and avoid eating bought ready-made foods.
Find a well designed and balanced Training Program to help you to burn your fat faster and follow it through. This will help you to improve your metabolism rate and get rid of fat. You will feel more energetic and your general mood would improve. But remember, that no single program will work for you unless you stick to it. Once you decide to get into a weight loss program and eventually shed those excess pounds off your body, you will need to make sure you will achieve your goal. Stay focused and Get Slim!

Stay slim after dieting!

Sometimes it happens that after you have spent weeks or months trying to lose weight and finally succeed, you gain it all back quite quickly.

When it happens you, eventually, ask yourself a question why your kilograms and stones return?

Well, there are scientific explanations for this.

When you are on a diet, your body gets signals that it is not getting the usual amount of food (calories) and thinks that you are trying to survive. It slows down your metabolism and instead of burning off your fat, it starts to store it, to accumulate as much as possible. And as your body has already switched to fat saving mode, when you go back to your normal diet, you keep piling on more weight, as you have already trained your body to store fat when you were dieting.

This was always the case. This ability of our bodies to react to the extreme conditions of hunger during years of famine, for example, developed the possibility to adopt and eventually, survive.

Low calorie diets slow down your metabolism, change its pattern and which, in turn, gives your body a “roller coaster” effect, making its weight go up and down, and, eventually, you end up gaining even more weight than you had before the diet.

Nowadays research is concentrated on finding other ways of helping your body to shake off calories by using natural fat-burning and appetite suppressing qualities. Such qualities were found in the four teas made from the Camellia Sinensis plant.

Scientific studies dedicated to find “remedies” to fight the widely spread epidemic of obesity have confirmed, that unique catechins only exist in Green, White, Pu-erh and Oolong teas or sometimes it's called Wu-Long Tea

These catechins help to shake off pounds much quicker, safer and the most important – permanently.

Green teas in a natural way speed up metabolism and increase fat-burning (thermogenic) capability. You don’t have to change your normal diet.

These green teas have not only fat fighting benefits, their high level of catechins in both fermented and unfermented teas change the relationship between our bodies and fats.

Let’s have a look at some additional benefits of each of these four obesity blocking teas:

- Oolong tea (or Wu-Long ) is a natural appetite suppressant.

- Puer Tea – is a natural dehydrator, drains excess fatty fluids.

- White tea breaks down existing storage of fat and restricts the formation of new fat cells!

Here are some facts: people of China consuming the mentioned above teas are living proof of their natural slimming qualities. People from tea producing regions tend to have low cholesterol levels and don’t suffer from obesity. All those factors drew attention of scientists on their quest to identify the active anti-fat properties in the local teas.

If you want to speed up your weight loss, then you should go for a synergetic blend of these four weight-blocking teas. The Synergy Effect is a scientifically recognised process allowing the FOUR TEAS
to interact with each other to provide you with effective anti-fat action that will ensure you maintain a healthy weight for the rest of your life.
